Our Engineering Department can conceive, design and adapt your high precision mechanical parts whether for prototypes, small series, or batch production, taking account of economic considerations.

Finishing Process

Once the machining is achieved, the high precision parts (whether metallic and/or plastic) can undergo specific surface treatment by anodizing, micro-blasting, chemical structuring, suitable coating, and manual polishing (even mirror polishing).

Assembling

After machining, the high-precision parts (whether metallic and/or plastic) can be assembled to realize different complex devices, prototypes, tools. They could thus be settled in specific housings integrating various electrical, electronic, optical, mechanical components. These developments could be undertaken by our R&D department together with our production team.

Quality Control

Although all our machining machines are directly equipped with accurate measurement tools, we also have a dedicated measuring room with separate special equipment to do the job (3D camera and probes).
